Profile:  Toby Heilbrunn has worked successfully in Woodstock real estate since 1984 when she chose Woodstock as her full-time home. With 24 years of experience Toby chose to associate with FreeStyle Realty. She wants to share her love of the area with YOU. She has a B.A. from NYU, was elected to the Woodstock Town Board (1996-2000), and is co-owner of Peace of Mind Woodstock, a home checking service in this area, http://peaceofmindwoodstock.com/. She has contracted for and overseen many building projects. Toby also has extensive experience in event planning, fundraising, and stage managing, and has twenty years of experience as a full charge bookkeeper.

Toby is a dedicated community volunteer: Performing Arts of Woodstock, Maverick Concerts, The Woodstock Playhouse, Family of Woodstock, the Library Fair, The Woodstock Renaissance Faire, Save Our Supermarket, Friends of Comeau, Woodstock Democratic Committee, Ulster County Democratic Committee, Election Protection and the Woodstock Journal. She is currently a Trustee of the Maverick Concerts http://www.maverickconcerts.org/, on the Board of Directors of the newly formed Woodstock Farmer's Market http://woodstockfarmfestival.com/, and is on the newspaper staff of The Lifetime Learning Institute, located at Bard College. Toby was recently appointed to the Woodstock Ethics Board.

She has been actively involved in trying to obtain a Trader Joe's for Northeastern Ulster County. In her spare time she enjoys raising orchids, gardening, bird watching and traveling.
